Brad and Sher Kelley have spent 63 combined years in Arizona real estate doing the hard things — co-founding a company that purchased over 1,247 foreclosures, creating a short sale program that trained hundreds of agents across Maricopa and Pinal County during one of the worst housing crises in Arizona history, and building a boutique brokerage from scratch through cold calls, referrals, and relentless service.

Sher reached Top 1% in sales nationally at a Fortune 500 title company. Brad became the go-to expert on courthouse steps foreclosure purchases, teaching continuing education to agents across Arizona.
